Put n' Shake Eggs Review

Put n' Shake Eggs Review

When I was asked to review these Put n' Shake Eggs I was intrigued as had never seen anything like them before. It is a box of eggs that helps to teach colours and numbers. It is aimed at children aged 6-36 months and it covers the age range really well. The three eggs at the back of the box lift out and can be used as rattles by babies. The eggs at the front crack open to reveal colourful buttons that when pressed play songs. Babies will love watching the flashing colours and listening to the tunes. Older children will be able to push the button and hear the colour or the number of the egg that they pressed.

This toy was an instant hit with Little Miss (10 months). She was mesmerized by the flashing lights and the sounds. She loved shaking the whole eggs and having a chew at the cracked ones.

Little Man also enjoyed playing with it. He was amused by the different faces on the eggs. He has recently been learning colours and loves to ask "What colour is that, Mummy?" These eggs are fantastic for reinforcing what he has learned. He has just started to recognise numbers and loves to count, this toy is perfect for introducing numbers in a fun way.

This is a fabulous toy that would make a lovely gift for any baby or toddler. The Put n' Shake Eggs have an RRP of £13.99 and are available from Toys R Us and Amazon.

Disclosure: I was sent this product for the purpose of the review. All opinions are my own.
