1/2 cup of frozen Raspberries
1/2 an Avocado
1 cup of Greek Style Natural Yogurt
1/2 cup of Water (or milk of your choice)
1 Tbsp of Honey
Put the raspberries into the blender first followed by the water. Leave for a few minutes to defrost slightly. Put the avocado, yogurt and honey in blender and blend until smooth.
