Weekly Meal Plan - 19/09


Monday - Slimming World Curry Sauce with onions, mushrooms rice and chips.

Tuesday - Roast Chicken, potatoes and broccoli.

Wednesday - Spinach and Mushroom Lasagne with roasted vegetables.

Thursday - Omelette with Sweet potato wedges and veg.

Friday - Salmon, potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Saturday - Liver and Bacon Casserole with potatoes and veg.

Sunday - Cottage Pie
