Weekly Meal Plan - 21st November

We have a few new meals to try this week as we have been getting tired of our usual meals. We are trying to eat more vegetables so we have some lovely vegetarian recipes to try. I am especially looking forward to the Roasted Vegetable, Lentil and Halloumi Bake. I love Halloumi but haven't had it for ages. I also love roasted vegetables so it is a great combination.

Weekly Meal Plan - 21st November

Monday - Spanish Chickpea and Spinach Stew

Tuesday - Sweet Potato, Red Onion and Feta Frittata

Wednesday - Cottage Pie

Thursday - Sweet Potato, Spinach & Butter Bean Stew

Friday - Omelette with roasted vegetables

Saturday - Roasted Vegetable, Lentil and Halloumi Bake

Sunday - Beef Stew

What's on your meal plan this week?


  1. Hi Jan, I've only ever had halloumi fried and I wasn't overly impressed, maybe I'll have to try it baked in something. Tuesday dinner sounds, red onion and feta always go well together.

    I am not the most organised when it comes to meals. Tomorrow is pork chops and whatever veg I have in the fridge and Sunday will be fresh tomato, butternut squash and red lentil soup.


  2. Tuesday sounds amazing and Wednesday too. You can't beat a cottage pie!
