Weekly Meal Plan - 7th November 2016

This is the first Meal Plan I have written for a while. We haven't been eating well for the last few weeks and just buying what we feel like at the supermarket each day. This isn't good for our waistline or our budget! We are both hoping to lose at least a stone by Christmas so we are back to healthy eating today. All meals are Slimming World Friendly as P is following the Slimming World plan. I will also be making a big pot of soup for lunches.

Weekly Meal Plan - Chicken Fajite Stuffed Peppers



Monday - Egg Fried Rice with Cauliflower Curry Sauce and Chips

Tuesday - Chilli Con Carne

Wednesday - Liver, Bacon and Onions with Chips and Veg

Thursday - Salmon with Potatoes, Broccoli and Peas

Friday - Omelette with Sweet Potato Chips and Roasted Vegetables

Saturday - Chicken Fajita Stuffed Peppers

Sunday - Roast Chicken with Potatoes and Veg
